Emergency care for registered patients:

If you have an urgent problem, please call us first thing in the morning (we are open from 8am).  Our trained staff will be on hand to take your call.

During evenings and at weekends, you can access emergency treatment or advice by telephoning the practice (on 0115 9279193) and listening to the recorded message. Don’t forget, as a Denplan patient, you can obtain advice if you are away from home by calling the Denplan helpline number.

Emergency care for non-registered patients:

We a currently unable to offer any emergency advice or treatment to non registered patients. If you would like to register as a patient of the practice, please contact our reception team for the next available new patient assessment appointment.
