Dear Patients,

Unfortunately due to the recent flooding on Friday there has been some considerable damage to the practice.  The ground floor area around the reception and the downstairs waiting room were all under water.  This has caused damage to the flooring along with the computer and phone systems. We have cleared the affected flooring and now have an operational phone line; however,  we have no current access to our computer systems or appointment book.

It is likely that in the next week or two, some routine appointments will need to be re arranged. This will ensure we are able to  provide the necessary care safely. Could we ask that if you have an appointment this week, please phone the practice on the usual contact number and talk to a member of the staff team. They will be able to provide you with more information about whether your appointment can go ahead. Until we have the computers fully operational, we are not able to see who we have booked in.  Presently, we are unable to access any patient phone numbers or email addresses. We are working hard to resolve the issues as soon as possible, but please bear with us during this difficult time.
